The Brazilian gold Mr. Weber rum is the result of the combination of sugarcane juice (70%) and molasses (30%).
Its 3-year aging process offers a unique complexity in its notes and aromas. Aged in the first year in an amburana wood barrel, the rum is then aged 1 year in a balsam wood barrel (wood originating from Brazil) and finally in the last year in American oak barrels.
3 different woods were used to achieve this aromatic complexity.
