Preparation suggestion for ice cream. Ingredients for the ice cream: 1 liter of whole milk; 250g of sugar; 200g of heavy cream; 10g of Selecta Super Liga Neutra (10g); 10g of Selecta Emustab (10g). Blend all ingredients (except the Emustab) in a blender for 3 minutes. Freeze for approximately 4 hours. Remove from the freezer, place half of the mixture in a mixer with ½ teaspoon of Emustab, and beat for 5 minutes. Return to the freezer and repeat the process with the other half. Keep in the freezer until it reaches the desired consistency.
