1 cup of Yoki™ Bulgur Wheat, 3 cups of warm water, 400 g of ground beef, 20 chopped mint leaves, 2 tablespoons of margarine, 1 packet of onion soup mix, ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil to grease the baking dish, olive oil for drizzling, and salt to taste. In a bowl, combine the bulgur wheat and water. Let soak for 20 minutes. Using a sieve or cloth, squeeze well to remove excess water. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients (ground beef, chopped mint, margarine, onion soup mix, salt). Moisten your hands and mix well until you get a uniform dough. Grease a baking dish with margarine, spread the mixture, and smooth it with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for 30 minutes.
