Cassava, grown throughout Brazil, is one of the most used ingredients in the country's cuisine. Also known as macaxeira or aipim. It can be prepared fried, boiled, or used as an ingredient for cakes, puddings, and sweets.
YUCA LOCA Cooked Cassava is washed, peeled, cut, and slowly cooked at low, steady temperatures. Due to this process, the nutrients are preserved and it does not require preservatives, allowing it to be stored for a long period.
