Corn Cake Recipe. In a blender, beat 3 eggs, one can of drained green corn, one cup of sugar, half a cup of oil, half a cup of milk, one and a half cups of KIMILHO™ FLOÇÃO, and 50g of grated cheese until you get a smooth mixture, which will be the batter for the corn flocão cake. Turn off the blender and mix in one tablespoon of baking powder. Pour the corn flocão cake batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
